1 – Quotation
Register for quote request >
When sending your quote, we ask that you choose the brand, model and quantity of equipment or product desired in advance, so that your order can be better analyzed.
2 – Request
Fill in the details correctly and send us your request, filling out our form with all the requested information, within 72 hours, we will return you with the cost of the equipment and the delivery time including fees and taxes.
3 – Payments and closing the purchase
We send a proforma invoice to be completed in Brazil by your customs broker and the amount to be credited. After that, we send the product(s) to a port at the buyer's destination, where tax collection and payment services will be received. Once the purchase is approved, we will send a bank account to deposit the amount corresponding to the product(s), including the shipping cost.
4 – Delivery Time
We will deliver your product within 12 to 30 business days. We will send a tracking note to give you the best way to track your purchase.
5 – Dollar
As the exchange rate of the dollar changes daily, it is important that you do not delay in making your purchase, as we do not guarantee the value of the Real in your quote for more than 48 hours.
Note. If necessary, we have a team of Customs Agents, who provide us with legal and administrative support, in order to receive your product with the customs fees and taxes paid and with an Invoice.
